____________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________ UNCLE BUDS LANDING LEASE AGREEMENT For and in consideration of the rental of leaser’s Canoes and/or Kayaks: I agree to return the Canoes and/ or Kayaks in the same condition as existed at the time of rental. I agree to pay for any damages caused to the Canoes and/ or Kayaks, and that I am financially responsible for any lost or damaged items provided by the leaser. I agree to be responsible for any bodily injury or property damage caused to third parties and do hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the lesser in the event that any claim should arise from the use of the Canoes and/ or Kayaks. I represent that I am familiar with the navigational safety and am familiar with the operation of the Canoes and/ or Kayaks. I also understand that the use of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages and the removal of my life jacket at any time will no longer covered under the liability insurance of the Ogeechee river Canoe & Kayak Rentals.
